This Privacy Policy explains what information Amaravati Bot ("the Bot") collects when it is added to a Discord server, and how that information is used.

Information We Collect

• Discord user IDs, usernames, and avatars, used to generate welcome and goodbye cards.
• Server IDs and configuration settings, such as chosen roles and channels.
• Message metadata required to detect spam, such as timestamps and message frequency.

The Bot does not read or store the content of your messages beyond what is required for anti-spam detection, and that data is not retained longer than needed to apply moderation actions.

How We Use Information

• To generate and display welcome and goodbye cards.
• To automatically assign configured roles to new members.
• To detect and act on spam behavior according to server settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share collected data with third parties. Information is used solely to operate the Bot's features within the servers it is added to.

Data Retention

Server configuration is retained for as long as the Bot remains in a server. Removing the Bot from a server results in its associated configuration being deleted.

Your Rights

Server administrators may remove the Bot at any time, which stops all data collection for that server going forward.
